PRIVACY NOTICE
How information is used.
Information you provide
The live app stores account details, business workspace information, transaction context, vendor details, and messages you provide. Connected bank activity is imported after you authorize the provider connection.
Running your workspace
Records are used to operate the bookkeeping tools, maintain account access, assist categorization, show activity, and support your requested workflows. Business ownership checks limit access to private workspace records.
AI and service providers
Selected permitted context is sent to configured AI providers to answer questions or propose actions. Banking, email, AI, and payment features rely on external providers such as Plaid, Resend, Anthropic, OpenAI, and Stripe when enabled. Provider processing is also subject to their own policies.
Conversation history
Assistant conversations can be retained in private account logs. Stopping a conversation clears the active chat while preserving its log and approved bookkeeping changes. It does not erase saved categories or payee rules.
Demo versus live data
The public interactive demo contains fictional data and may save demo choices in browser session storage. Do not enter real financial or personal information into the demo.
Security and retention
Application controls include authentication, business-scoped access, and encryption for configured sensitive fields. Records may remain for operational, accounting, security, or legal reasons. Disconnecting a bank does not by itself delete imported transactions.
Questions and requests
Contact us through the contact page for privacy questions and account requests. This notice will be updated as features and documented retention controls develop.
